Engineered for the lowest latency
To address the needs of financial service providers, KVH places network POPs as close to the exchange matching engine as possible, selects the lowest-latency cable systems, optimizes the fiber backhauls, and uses an integrated end-to-end network platform to reduce latency to an absolute minimum. An agile architecture and delivery model means that when a lower-latency route becomes available, KVH is one of the first to employ it.
KVH also owns and operates the fastest network in metropolitan Japan, used to deliver KVH etherXEN. This network was expressly designed to connect key parts of Tokyo and Osaka, enabling more direct routes than other service providers.
